Our client is seeking a skilled Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support
to a C-level Executive in Tampa, FL. Acting as the primary point of contact for all internal
and external matters related to the Executive's office, the EPA ensures smooth operations
and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment, professionalism, and the ability
to manage diverse situations with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication,
administrative, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize
and balance multiple responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can
manage projects independently from start to finish while maintaining confidentiality and
performing effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external
stakeholders.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and reports.
• Coordinate social, family, and personal obligations, including managing residential
properties.
• Oversee special projects and provide proactive, solutions-oriented support.
• Handle personal assistant duties including, but not limited to, managing and
coordinating social and family obligations and managing residential properties.
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and multitask in a fast-
paced environment.
• Travel is required.
• Must be local to the Tampa area.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with availability to be on-call after
hours and weekends as needed.
